Terms of service

This is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and does not govern any use of Wayhint yet. Final terms will be published before hosted plans open.

The service

Wayhint provides a script that site owners add to their websites, and an API that chooses guidance steps. The guide points at elements and explains what to do; it never performs actions on behalf of visitors.

Your responsibilities

• Only install Wayhint on sites you own or are authorised to change.
• Tell your visitors about the guide in your own privacy notice, and use the privacy attributes to exclude sensitive areas.
• Keep your allowed origins accurate.

Plans and billing

Plan limits and prices are listed on the pricing page. Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing month.

AI output

Guidance is generated by a model from the page as it is rendered. It can be wrong. Site owners remain responsible for their product and its content.

Availability

Wayhint is in early access and makes no uptime commitment yet.
